Obituary of Ying Tom

TOM - On Wednesday, September 7, 2005 Ying Tom passed away peacefully at William Booth Grace Hospice with her family at her side. Predeceased by her father Wong Fong; mother Lau Yee; husband Tom Maw Dot. Ying is survived by her son Paul Wong; daughter-in-law Betty Wong; granddaughter Wendy Wong (Clark Tsang); great-grandson Matthew Chu; great-granddaughter Megan Chu, granddaughter Maysze Wong-Evans (Gordon Evans); grandson Gary Wong; son John Tom; daughter-in-law Michelle Tom; granddaughter Aja Tom. A thank you to the Palliative teams at William Booth Grace Hospice and the Pasqua Hospital for their excellent care and support. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue with Rev. Gersham Ng officiating. Interment will take place at a later date in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Burnaby, BC.
