Obituary of Sophia Bernadean Kingston
KINGSTON - With love, in memory of Sophia (Sally) Bernadean Kingston, who in her 88 years enjoyed a contagious sense of humor and a feisty spirit. Every day spent with Sally was a special one. Sally was born in Regina on February 2, 1917 and passed away peacefully in the presence of family at the Pasqua Hospital after a short illness on September 12, 2005. She is survived by the man she loved, Johnny Kayter, as well as several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews in Washington State, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Sally was predeceased by her first husband, Kenneth Kingston, her second husband Roy Tudor, her sister, Mary Spicer, and brothers Mike, John, Bill, Fred and Bud Sandalack. The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation for the care and kindness given to Sally and her family by the staff on 4A and CSU at the Pasqua Hospital. Family and friends are welcome to attend Visitation and Prayers at Speers Funeral Chapel on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. A private family interment will be held at a later date.
