Obituary of Ian Graham MacLean

MacLEAN, Ian Graham passed away suddenly at Regina, SK on Saturday, October 22, 2005 at the age of 50 years. Predeceased by his father Hugh MacLean; his mother Donna MacLean; his common-law wife of 13 years, Lisa Flaman. Ian leaves to mourn his passing, his brother Dan MacLean; nephews Jason, Jeffrey and Corey MacLean; nieces Melissa and Rebecca MacLean; along with his very close friends John Bouchard, Betty Lewis, Jeffrey and Darlene Wingert. Ian was born January 22, 1955 and was raised on the farm at Fillmore, Sk. He attended school at Fillmore and continued his education at the University of Regina. Ian worked for over twenty years in the taxi business and for the last seven years was employed by CAA Emergency Road Services, where he will be sorely missed by many of the staff. An avid Saskatchewan Roughrider fan, he was a twenty-year Season Ticket holder. Ian especially loved his cats Tiberius, MC and Frisky. He enjoyed garage sales, crossword puzzles, playing cards, golfing and fishing. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue. Flowers gratefully declined.
