DUSTIN BIG EAGLE AND STEPHEN PROCTOR (POULTON) Dustin and Stephen passed away together on July 3, 2013 near Milestone, SK. Dustin “Chubba” Escardian Big Eagle was born on May 31, 1986. Stephen “Bubba” Allan Proctor (Poulton) was born on October 25, 1987. They lived together, worked together and will be buried together. Together forever. Services for both will be held at Ocean Man First Nation, in the Band Hall. Wake will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2013. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Feast and give away at the Band Hall, with Interment to follow at Ocean Man First Nation Cemetery.
