NOEL ANDERSON 1954 - 2013 Noel passed away suddenly in Regina. Predeceased by his father, Noel will be remembered by his wife Colleen; children Rory, Rachel and Alec; brother Drew and family in New Jersey; and his mother and various aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in Northern Ireland.
