ANDREW KOZLOWSKI December 16, 1918 – August 26, 2013 Andy passed away peacefully on Monday, August 26, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, Bazyl and Julia; his loving wife Nellie; brothers, Mike, Peter and Gordon; sisters, Rose Rempel and Irene Carpenter; step-brother Steve; step-sisters, Katherine Baron and Annie Scory. Andy is survived by his daughter Annette; son Bob; grandchildren, Trevor, Alisha and Janessa; sisters, Josephine Fieger, Anne Smith and Marcella Kosolofski. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace R.C. Church, Sedley, SK on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Louis Abello presiding. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
