ROY PHILMORE HIGGINS The family of Roy Philmore Higgins regretfully announce his passing on Wednesday, August 28, 2013. He will be missed by his sister Clara (Gordon) Mair of Lethbridge, AB; brother James (Faith) of Lumly, BC; sister Kathleen (Gary) Beatty of Calgary AB; and his various nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank his friends at Palliser Place and the staff of MPICU at Regina General Hospital for their careful attention and for easing his last days. No service is planned.
