Obituary of Kit Wan Fong

KIT WAN FONG Kit Wan Fong went to be with her Lord and Saviour on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at the age of 63. She was predeceased by her father Shiu Po Wong. Kit Wan will be missed by her loving husband of 39 years, David and her children, Ian (Queenie), Andrea, and Aaron; her mother Sau Fong Wong and brothers Jeff and Siu Wan Wong; mother-in-law Mee Fong and sisters-in-law Irene Fong, Joan Fong, and Wailene (Philip) Kwong; as well as numerous cousins, nephews and nieces. She will always be remembered for her loving and selfless nature, as well as her dedication to her family. She loved God and had a serving heart. She has touched many lives through her various church ministries. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave, Regina on Sunday, September 8, 2013 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A celebration of Kit Wan’s life will be held at Regina Chinese Alliance Church, 3010 Arens Road East, Regina on Monday, September 9, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park. The family would like to sincerely thank Dr. Giede at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, Dr. Raymond Lai, and the doctors and staff on ward 5E at the Regina General Hospital for their care.
