Obituary of Agnes Virginia Kaczmarski

Agnes, late of Regina, SK passed away on Monday, September 30, 2013 at the age of 76 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Gregory “Harry” and Mary Kaczmarski; partner Harry “Red” McKinney; brothers, Arthur and Bernard Kaczmarski; sisters, Phyllis Dodson and Vicky Hare; and nephew Robert Dodson. Agnes is survived by her loving sister Helen McDonald of Regina, SK, formerly of New Westminster, BC; sister-in-law Janet Kaczmarski of Candiac, SK; and nephews and nieces, Julie (Leroy) McGillicky, Carol (Gil) Ennis, Greg, Louise, Loretta and Leonard Kaczmarski, Richard (Mary Lynn) Dodson, Bradley (Susan) Hare, Ken (Doris) Hare; as well as numerous great-nieces and nephews. Agnes was employed by the RCMP for 39 years. She was a member of St. Anthony and Christ the King R.C. Church choirs for many years. In her younger years, Agnes’ athletic pursuits included bowling, baseball and badminton. Throughout her lifetime, Agnes enjoyed music, playing the organ and singing. Public Visitation will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Christ the King R.C. Church, 3239 Garnet Street, Regina, SK on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Agnes’ memory, may be made to the Lung Association of Saskatchewan, 1231 – 8th Street East, Saskatoon, SK, S7H 0S5.
