HARVEY MICHAEL VOLLHOFFER It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Harvey, on Saturday, October 12, 2013. Harvey passed on, surrounded by his loving family and is survived by his wife of 47 years, Therese; his children, James, Jennifer (Paul), Joanna, Jody (Scott) and John; his beloved grandchildren, Abigail, Jacob, Michael, Emily, Jackson, and Anthony; brother Howard (Monica); sister Sharon (Terry); and sister-in-law Dorienne; as well as his many nieces and nephews. Harvey was predeceased by his parents, Rudolf and Katherine; and his brother Harold. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Harvey, may be made to the Lymphedema Association of Saskatchewan Inc., Box 28068, Saskatoon, SK, S7M 5V8.
