Obituary of Monnie Rudd

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of our much loved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Monnie Rudd, at the young age of 60 years. Monnie was predeceased by her daughter Sandi, parents Jim and Audrey Robinson and mother-in-law Anne Ferguson. She is survived by her husband Jim; daughter Tracy (grandson Cailin) Carter, son Bryan (Erin) Rudd, daughter Michelle (Darren) Hiibner; sisters Heather (Joe) Schemenauer and Sherrie (Gord) Pohl; brothers Phil and Cam (Delphine); nephews Evan, Wade and Ryan Schemenauer, Adam (Vicki) Smith, niece Erika Smith; and aunts Evelyn Phillips and Louise Phillips of Moose Jaw. Monnie enjoyed gardening, finding bargains at Sears, playing bingo and going on MANY gambling trips. She was also famous for her “some assembly required” gazebos, where she spent many nights reading and countless days entertaining friends. She was a very special grandma who spent many happy hours playing and baking with Cailin. “To make a long story short….” At Monnie's request a Celebration of her Life will be held at The Applause Dinner Theatre, 1975 Broad Street, Regina on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Monnie, may be made to a charity of choice.
