Obituary of Kyle Travis Jonasson

KYLE TRAVIS JONASSON Kyle Travis Jonasson was born on April 11, 1986 in Regina Saskatchewan, son of Darwin & Catherine (Zeleny) Jonasson. Kyle went to several schools in Regina, and graduated from Jean Vanier School in 2008. Upon his graduation, he was accepted to The Cosmopolitan Learning Center, until his sudden passing. Kyle touched many peoples lives in the short time he was with us. Kyle loved to be on the go. He enjoyed traveling with his family, and there were several memorable trips to the west coast of British Columbia to visit with relatives, as well as several trips to The Black hills of South Dakota where he experienced Sturgis bike week. He loved the sound of the Harley Davidson motorcycles. He had the best hearing of anyone you know. He could hear Dad coming home on his bike from blocks away, long before anyone else could hear, and he would get the look? Kyle was granted a wish from the Starlite Wish Foundation in 2000. He took his whole family, including Grandma & Grandpa Jonasson to Disney World in Orlando Florida. Kyle faced many medical challenges over his 26 years. He was sponsored by the WaWa Shiners, and traveled several times to Montreal to the Shiners Hospital for Crippled Children. They were instrumental in Kyles physical comfort. Kyle received his wings on Mothers Day, Sunday May 13th, 2012 at the Regina General Hospital at the young age of 26. Kyle was predeceased by his Grandparents Margaret (2011) & Gerald (1995) Zeleny. Left to celebrate Kyles life: his Grandparents Audrey & Harry Jonasson, Mom and Dad, Catherine & Darwin and Sister Rae-anne (Kevin) and Brother Dennon, and his pets Malibu & Skittles; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins too numerous to mention. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Kyles Life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. Donations in memory of Kyle, to the Cosmopolitan Learning Centre, P.O.
