Mr Morgan, even though its been years since you passed you are still always on my mind. You were my music teacher at Gladys McDonald and you sparked my continuous love for music. Because of you, I have taken the time to learn guitar and bass, and I too frequent HMV (Now stands Sunrise Records in its place). I have a great collection of vinyls and cds that im sure you would be proud of. My classmates and I didnt know of your condition until after your passing, and we thought you never seemed sick. You were always so energetic and had the greatest smile on your face, making sure everyone was involved and tended to. It was a blessing to have been your student, thank you for being such a great man. May you rest in peace

It was my honour to work with Conrad during his term with the provincial government. He was very intellegent and I very much enjoyed our chats. He was a truly kind soul and I am glad that we crossed paths. I pray that happy memories and love provide those left behind comfort and healing. Know that Conrad spoke lovingly of his family and friends. I will remember him with a smile often.

Wayne and Marianne-
Have been away and just read in the Luther Letter that Conrad had died.
Have sweet memories of coming to your house and seeing the wee boy with a cardboard guitar that he played with for hours.
Cannot imagine your sadness and want you to be gentle with each other.Conrad and Ron are most likely turning the volume up and dancing!

All of us in the Luther Community are saddened by the news at the loss of Conrad. I had the great pleasure of coaching Conrad at Luther College on the Senior Boys Basketball Team. Conrad always came ready to play and was an amazing teammate. Subsequently, we stayed in touch after basketball through his job at the Music Store. He was always recommending something great for me to listen to- artists I still love to this day.
To Wayne, Marianne, and Laura whom I know personally as well as his partner, please know that Conrad will always be remembered. He was just a great guy.
We had a mantra on the basketball team that was Kia Kaha. It is a Maori phrase loosely translated "Forever Strong". It represented staying together even when the times got tough. Here's wishing you all the best during this difficult time by staying together and reflecting on all of Conrad's amazing attributes.
Warmest regards,
Craig Perrault

I just learned today that Conrad had passed away. Please accept my deepest sympathy. I am a library volunteer at Gladys McDonald School, and I had the privilege of working with him during the last school year and part of this one, before he took medical leave. He was good with students, very patient and positive, and he loved it that they were still interested in reading the classics like "Charlotte's Web". His Gladys McDonald family will miss him very much.

He will be missed a lot. My prayers are with all his family and friends as well all staff and students at Gladys McDonald School... May Mr. Morgan rest peacefully now that he is in no harm or pain. <3

I am deeply saddened to hear of Conrad's early departure on this earth. It feels unnatural and unjust. I went to high school with him and he truly had one of the kindest and gentlest dispositions out there. He left that mark, not to mention a smile that could make anyone smile. I'm confident that those qualities made him an inspirational teacher. There are no words to bring comfort during this time. Heaven has a very special angel.

There are no words to really say how sorry we are for your loss. It's very hard to understand or accept why someone as good as Conrad would be taken so soon. He was truly the kindest person I've ever known, and I have many great memories of him, going back to when we were just little kids.
We pray you can find peace and strength in the very difficult times ahead, and for you to find comfort in keeping all your wonderful memories of him close in your heart.

I had the luck to meet Conrad in 2002 when I was hired to be his boss at HMV. He was this amazing young man who shared my interest in unique music and movies. I will truly miss his insight, knowledge and wisdom. He was, to use a cliche a wise soul for his age and I loved both working with him the many tremendous conversations we had. This world just got a lot less interesting without a man like him. My best to all his friends and family, my thoughts are with you.

Mr. Morgan was my math teacher and my basketball coach. He introduced me to the guitar and gave me a couple of lessons. I even had one of the shirts from his band, Empire Choir and we planned and wore it on the same day. When he saw me with it on he smiled and gave me a fist bump..he was cool like that! I will miss him. Jake Wing~student at Gladys McDonald

Dear Children. You are going though a very trying time in this life. There are no words that can really help the bitter pain in your hearts. But you can hold on to the memory's of the life that Conrad had. He handle his lot with dignity and lived the life he had to the fullest. As I have said before no words can help. A quote by a good friend of mine, that help me in my Queens departing, and still does, IF GOD HAS BROUTGH YOU TO THIS, GOD WILL BRING YOU THROUGH THIS. My God hold you all close, as you all hold each other together. My feeling are with in this time of sorrow. GOD BLESS. Uncle Walter

I have such fond memories of him ...he was so artistic and I remember asking him for his assistance in putting together displays and drawing pictures for certain bulletin boards. He was a wonderful student...so well-mannered and gentle. I am very surprised to hear of his illness and recent passing. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to all of the Morgan Family.

So sorry Wayne, Marianne, Laura, Russ and Thy-Thy Quach
Those we love remain with us
For love itself lives on,
And cherished memories never fade
Because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
More than a thought apart,
For as long as there is memory,
They'll live on in the heart.
He walks with angels now. With deepest sympathy.
