Obituary of Mabel Crawford

Eileen died peacefully after a long life on January 10, 2014. She always had stories of her travels around the world and loved to try new recipes. One of her favourite sayings was "Have you ever met a Canadian?" Predeceased by husband Lionel Symes and then husband Ross Crawford. Also predeceased by son-in-law Keith Vick and grandson Bradford Vick. Eileen was blessed with three children, Darlene Vick, Karen Robinson and Jack Symes (Marcie) and Bev (Morris) Boyd. She had 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. A celebration of Eileen’s life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 1:00pm.
