Obituary of Helge Dahle

Helge passed away peacefully at Wascana Hospital, Regina SK on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 with his wife by his side. Helge is predeceased by his parents Karl-Heinz and Ludmilla Dahle. Left to cherish Helge’s memory is his wife Carole (Reiss) Dahle, children Kim Dahle and husband Manny Penate of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Brad (Marlene) Dahle of Regina, SK, Kurt Dahle, Ryan Dahle (Meagan Bradfield) of Vancouver, BC and his grand-children Karl (Celeste), Ashton (Kathleen), Levon and Clement Helge is survived by his three sisters Ingrid Vogel and Ludmilla (Dietmar) Bergman both from Hamburg, Germany and sister Petra (Gerhart) Retschke of Berlin, Germany. Helge is survived by many Brother and Sister in-laws; nieces and nephews; and a special niece Ellen (Del) Wohlgemuth of Fort Meyers, FL. Helge was born in Hamburg, Germany and came to Canada in June 1956 where he settled in Regina, Sk. Helge worked most of his career for S.G.I. where he retired after 40 years of loyal service. A Celebration of his Life will be held at Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Regina Renal Unit, c/o Regina General Hospital, 1440-14th Ave., Regina, S4P 0W5.
