Obituary of Nguyet Anh Thi Lam

NGUYET ANH THI LAM August 15, 1939 May 21, 2012 With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our dear mother on Monday, May 21, 2012. She is survived by her first husband, Chung Thang; and children: Cuong (Thanh), Mach (Trung Nguyen), Luong (Evelyn), Huy, Thanh (Dao) and Chi; grandchildren: Thinh, Tran, Linnea, Lauren, Cat Tuong, Gia Han, and Gia Bao. Nguyet is also survived by her siblings: Ngoc Suong (Vietnam), Ha Huong, Thu Nga (Doi), Van Tam, Kim Dong (Thanh), Kim Tuyen, Thu Thuy and Aunt Ly Lam; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Hue Lam and Yen Huynh, and second husband, Tien Vo. Nguyet was known for her kindness and generosity. Her kitchen was her domain where she entertained family and friends and won the hearts of her beloved grandchildren. The family gratefully thanks all the doctors and staff of the Regina General and Pasqua Hospitals in caring for her during her final months. Final Visitation at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Wednesday May 23, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Good Samaritan R.C. Church, 425 Broad Street North, Regina, SK on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Peter Thang Nguyen presiding. Interment will follow at Regina Memorial Gardens, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK.
