Obituary of Ralph Hall

Ralph, of Cupar, passed away peacefully at home with family at side on January 31, 2014, at the age of 93 years. He is survived by his loving wife, Doreen, of 63 years, and seven children: Darlene (Angus) McDougald; Richard (Muriel); Donna Klein; Wayne (Susan); Douglas; Murray (Jackie); and Mary Anna (Ron) Santo as well as 13 grandchildren, Cory (Nichol) Klassen, Jolene (Mike) Cook; Darla (Kyle) Lakinger; Carrie (Will) McWatters; Trina (Alphonse) Sich; David Hall; Jeffrey (Brittany) Hall, Laura Hall, Tyler Hall, Amanda Hall, Jenna Rae Hall, Michael Santo, Jennifer Blundell, and 15 great grandchildren. He is survived, also, by his brother, Harvey and sister, Doris Schwan. Ralph was predeceased by his father, Richard and his mother, Anna (Mellnick), his brothers, Lloyd and Earl, and his sisters, Margaret, Lillian, Viola, and Muriel. Ralph enjoyed mixed farming for approximately 40 years. He will be lovingly remembered as a family man because his family was of the utmost importance to him. He enjoyed home life reminiscing often with family and friends. As well, his family will remember him as one who successfully found the secret of joy in simplicity, a content and satisfied man. Funeral Service will be held at St. Cuthbert’s Anglican Church, Dysart, SK on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Warren Huestis officiating.
