Sharon and Family,
Our sister, Joanne Felstrom, from Regina sent us Garth's obituary. My husband, Doug and Garth were buddies
at the U. of S. during their university days and both of them lived at St. Andrew's College
which was many years ago. Garth, I think, was the only one who owned a car, so needless to
say, he was very popular! We were very sorry to read of his passing and send you and your
family our most sincere sympathy.

To the Sanders family,
I extend sincere condolences to you with Garth's passing. I knew Garth through our mutual involvement in the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering and his most recent role with the Society as secretary-treasurer for the Prairie Region, particularly during my time as the National representative for the Region.
