Dear Cec, Tony, Michelle and Douglas,
I was looking at some old photos taken at my grandparents' place when they were still living at the Lorraine Apartments and remembering you all very fondly. Looking you up on the internet I found Mr. Stetner's obituary and wanted to send you my condolences.
I have been living in Paris with my husband, Jean-Philippe, since 2001 (I see that some of you Stetners go live in faraway places too!). My parents are still living in Ottawa.
Cec, I remember very well seeing you in 1996 in Regina at the time of my grandma's death. I hope you are well.
With love,
Alison

We were saddened to read about Norm's passing. Bob attended Balfour at the same time as Norm and remembers him as person with a sense of humour, a friend and an avid student. Although losing touch after graduation we met again when Doreen taught at Braun and Cec, you were the secretary and we all attended some Braun functions together. We both send our deepest and most sincere condolences to you and the family.

We were so saddened to hear the news of Uncle Norm passing away. We are thankful that he was able to remain at home and have your love and support until the end. There are so many amazing memories - ones that I have of him growing up as his niece and our boys have from our yearly summer visits. He was a one of a kind guy and will be truly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Cec and family - my heartfelt sympathy to all of you. You will miss him dearly, hold on to your memories and hold tight to each other.
I knew him best through his work at SGS and our work together on the cemetery project. He certainly left a lasting legacy in those files that are a treasure for every genealogist seeking their family story and he'll certainly be missed around the library.

Grandpa,
We will miss you very much, that is certain. It is a sad time, but we can only think of how lucky you are. You had the chances to meet so many wonderful people from all over the world. Through your travels with Grandma, Trudy, and Don, to your Ham radio friends from all walks of life.
You were very lucky to have Grandma. You were very lucky to have had three wonderful children, and lucky enough to experience grandchildren. One of which was inspired by your travels - and still hasn't stopped traveling. You were very lucky to have lived a life full of love and loved ones. We don't choose how we are born, and we don't choose how we pass. But, I can only hope that when it is my time to go, it is as peaceful as yours.
You never got a chance to meet your great-grand daughter who is expected in June. However, seeing your reaction when we told you about her was a joy for us. Again, how lucky to have a chance to hear about a great-grandchild.
Love you, Grandpa,
Justin & Kristine

Cec, Tony, Michelle and Doug:
Our hearts are saddened by the passing of Norm and send you all our prayers and deepest sympathy. I have known you since I was a little girl and will never forget the chuckles we shared across the back alley, and how much Norm did for my parents. We are still in the Dominican, and I will call you on our arrival home in approx. a month.
No words can help the pain you are all dealing with at this time, but the good times you all shared together will be held deep in your hearts forever. Again, our deepest sympathy.
Gayle and Doug
