Obituary of Bettie Maria Luberti

BETTIE MARIA LUBERTI Bettie passed away on June 8, 2012. She was born and raised in Holland, where she trained as a nurse. In 1953, Bettie and Frits immigrated to Canada, first residing in Regina. In 1957 the family moved to Saskatoon, where she worked first as a school nurse and then as the clinic coordinator at the Centre for Handicapped Children, while Frits attended Law School. In 1971, after the family had moved back to Regina, she was hired to develop and run the Hospital and Institutional Services program at the newly created Cochrane High School. Following retirement in 1985, she and Frits traveled a lot until his death in 2007. Bettie is sadly missed by her daughter Christina and grandson Illya of Regina. Her son Martyn resides in Wisconsin.
