Obituary of Margaret Kolodziezak

MARGARET KOLODZIEZAK Margaret Kolodziezak (nee Tuckanow) ‘Eagle Woman Sitting Next to a Spiritual Woman’ passed away peacefully. It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful Mother, Kokum, Great-Kokum and Great-Great-Kokum on Monday, April 14, 2014. She was predeceased by Common Law Husband Hughie; Parents, James Tuckanow and Elizabeth Crowe; and extended families. Margaret is survived by her Children, Patricia, Derryl, Janette, Delores and Laura; numerous Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren; as well as Sisters, Brother, and extended families. Special thanks to the Regina General Hospital doctors and nurses, and Pioneer Village nurses and staff. A Wake will be held at the Okanese Learning Centre, Okanese First Nations on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to follow at the same location on Friday, April 18, 2014 at 11:00 am. The family requests no children attend.
