Obituary of Charles Herman

CHARLES “CHARLIE” HERMAN A life well lived went on to chase a new adventure on Saturday, April 19, 2014. Charles “Charlie” Herman was born on May 5, 1923 in Fenwood, SK to Peter and Katherine Herman. He was lovingly united in marriage to Freda on July 5, 1952, and they were blessed with 61 years together, five children and six grandchildren. His life was filled with close family, friends and love for his farm in Edgeley, SK. Charlie was a journeyman mechanic, a lumberjack, successful sales manager and avid sports enthusiast, but above all an amazing husband, father and grandfather. He deeply touched those who knew him and he will never be forgotten. Charlie had his family by his side until the end, and a celebration of his life was held in a private ceremony on April 23, 2014.
