Obituary of Mary Leib

MARY ANN LEIB Mary Ann Leib, late of Regina, slipped away quietly and unexpectedly on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the age of 87 years. She was predeceased by her parents, Philip Papilion and Ann, and John Wiome; husband George Leib; and sister Kay Heatherington. Mary is survived by her brother, John Papilion, of Penticton, BC; daughter Linda Legg (Don Vokey) of Calgary, AB, two grandchildren, Michael of Branford, Connecticut, David (Tara), and three great-grandchildren, Rhett, Georgia, and Jude, of Calgary, AB; daughter Susan Welder (Lyle) of Hardisty, AB; son Doug Leib of Regina and two grandchildren, Louie and Francoise of Nova Scotia; and son Brian Leib of Calgary, AB. Mom enjoyed her days with her pals at the Retirement Residence! She loved to play cards and enjoyed a good laugh! She looked forward to a daily chat with her daughters and was so appreciative of the many long-time wonderful friendships she had with cherished friends and relatives over a lifetime filled with happy memories in Regina! A Celebration of Mary’s Life will take place at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Flowers are most gratefully declined.
