To Ilona, Shane and your families
So very sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was always such a kind lady and I have many memories of all the nice things she did.
There were so many great times at the lake and in Florida over the years. She will not be forgotten.l
Best regards,
Mary

It is with sorrow that I hear of the passing of Thelma, and wish to pass on to Duane and Ilona from all the Barrie Duncan kids, our sincere condolences and the warm thoughts your parents hold in our hearts. Your Mom always had a fun and happy kitchen where she shared with all of us urchins her wonderful treats. The little flowers in her hair will forever stay with me and the special care she took for all things.
Dave and I appreciated her offering your beach home for our wedding reception and know she worked with poise and care on all the little details to make it special. I still smile when I think of Floyd teasing " mommy ," about redoing all the furniture to make way for the reception crowd. The bulldog was being decorated as well.
Tricia, Barb, Peter and Bruce join with me in sending condolences to your whole family and we know that the gang in heaven are getting together once again for happy hour and will enfold Thelma lovingly back into their arms.

Hi Duane, Ilona and family
So sorry to hear of Thelma's passing. She was a great lady and we all have wonderful memories of your mom and dad. She was always quick to have a cold Coca Cola and some Hostess chips for the fat kid who lived at cottage #18. Great times in the Shephard inboard--always fun to see your dad and mom cruising at 5 knots around the lake. Will always remember Nuggett with the purple feet, the amazing fact that your place had real toilets and a pool table!
Duane--we should try to catch up sometime. 2 more years for me to work. We bought a place in Victoria and plan to retire here.
Best to all
Walter and Heather
