Obituary of Rosemarie Abrahamson

ROSEMARIE ABRAHAMSON It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother, “Cookie” Rosemarie Abrahamson née Brown. Mom was predeceased by our Dad Willard; her parents, Mary and Gordon; sisters, Elizabeth and Alice; and granddaughter Raelene. Left to mourn her passing are her children, Charlene (Kurtis), Marcia, Karen and Dennis; grandchildren, Nicole, Joel (Val), Kyle and John; great-grandchildren, Dean, Emily, Hayley, Brookelynn, Taylor and William; and numerous relatives and friends. The family would like to thank Dr. Gruszczynski, her physician of many years, for his understanding and compassion while caring for our Mom. We would also like to thank the nursing staff of Unit 3D at the Pasqua Hospital for their support and care of our Mother. A Celebration of Cookie's Life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in memory of Rosemarie, to a charity of your choice.
