Obituary of Thomas Mervin Sunshine

THOMAS MERVIN SUNSHINE November 21, 1948 – June 10, 2014 Thomas, late of Fishing Lake, SK passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2014. He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Eliza Sunshine; stepmother Annie Bruce; brothers, Harold and Steve; and sisters, Darlene and Vera. Thomas is survived by his brothers, Ralph (Olive) and Glen; sisters, Shirley (Lawrence), Bernice (Sam) and Marion; children, Wesley (Allison), Shannon (Peter), Ashley and Lisa Marie (Pedro); grandchildren, Samuel, Sydney, Taylor and Key-lee. He was born in Wadena, SK and helped out on the family farm in his early years. Thomas was a roofing tradesman and contractor. Thomas enjoyed boxing, UFC, cards, billiards, hunting and socializing. A Funeral Service will be held at the Percy Severight Hall in Kylemore, SK on Friday, June 13, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Wadena Cemetery and a lunch to follow. The family thanks the staff at the Regina General Hospital, Pasqua Hospital 3D and Regina Pioneer Village Main West for the wonderful care they gave to Thomas.
