Obituary of Marion Louise Arneson

MARION LOUISE ARNESON Marion Louise Arneson (nee Brown) of Milestone, SK, passed away on the morning of Wednesday June 20, 2012 at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina at the age of 63, after a courageous battle with cancer. Marion was born on December 7, 1948 in Regina, SK. Predeceased by father, John (Jack) and mother, Kathleen (Kay) Brown; Marion is survived by the children she shared with Rick Arneson; Lee (Kendra), Scott (Amanda) and Kimberley (Sam); beloved grandchildren Jayden, Lukas and Mason. Marion is also survived by sister Beverley (Greg) as well as brothers Doug (Linda) and Robert in addition to many special nieces and nephews. Loving mom and grandma? Marion lived for her grandchildren; taking every opportunity to spend as much time with them reading, playing, dancing, talking on the phone and her favorite thing of all, snuggling. There was always a smile on her face when her little dudes? were around, they lit up her world. Marion spent many years working at Saskatchewan Crop Insurance, Sask Tel and Royal Lepage Regina Realty, where she grew such amazing friendships, she considered many of them family. She made friends everywhere she went - she cherished her friendships and all the visits she shared with friends. Marion enjoyed taking care of others and touched many lives in her 63 years. Marion had a strong spirit and accepted her diagnosis of cancer in February 2011 with dignity and grace. She spent her last days surrounded by family and friends.
