Obituary of Jean Agnes Grund

JEAN AGNES GRUND (nee BRADLEY) Jean passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on Sunday, July 1, 2012 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of 56 years to Peter, deceased in May of 1997. Predeceased by her parents George and Jessie Bradley; three children in infancy; son Dale in 1979; and two sisters Beth and Lois. Jean is survived by son Allan (Sheila) Grund of Edmonton; daughters Donna (Ted) Belof and Eileen (Les) Olson of Regina; twelve grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; brothers Jack (Shirley) Bradley and Archie (Sylvia) Bradley all of Regina; sisters Peg Mortin of Bethune, Helen Busche of Imperial and Louise Hickey of Penticton BC; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jean taught school for 30 years. She was a CWL member for over 30 years, was past president and took part in many church activities. Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Child R.C. Church, 2636 7th Avenue East, Regina, SK on Monday, July 9. 2012 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Ken Koep presiding.
