Obituary of Peter Szeremeta

PETER SZEREMETA Peter passed away peacefully on Friday, July 27, 2012. He is survived by his wife Sofiya; one daughter Lesya and son-in-law Vladmir in Ukraine; two granddaughters Olga and Galina in Ukraine; granddaughter Mariya of Regina; as well as great-grandchildren and many friends in both Ukraine and Canada. Peter was born March 13, 1913 in Ukraine and immigrated to Canada after World War II. Peter worked many years as a CN railway worker. Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. Divine Liturgy will be held at St. Basils Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1757 Toronto Street, Regina, SK on Friday, August 3, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev.
