Obituary of Amiel Peter Wagner

AMIEL PETER WAGNER Amiel passed away peacefully at the Kelowna General Hospital, Kelowna BC in the early morning of Thursday, August 9, 2012. Predeceased by his wife Veronica (1996) and daughter-in-law Bonnie Wagner (2012). He is survived by his four children, son Wayne, children Peter, Jon and Joe; son Warren (Dolores), children Tammy (Jason), Terri (Adam); daughter Lee Ann, children Amanda (Peter), Andrew, Alexander; daughter Joan (Bill) son John. Grandpa also, left behind six great-grandchildren Morgan, Nolan, Own, Lucas, Carter and Tesla, son in Law Jack Allan. Amiel was born and grew up in the town of Sedley, SK, he served in the Second World War and after married Veronica. During his working career he was employed by Canadian Propane later known as ICG, which moved him to many towns in the province. Amiel, loved spending his summers at the cottage at Wee Too Beach, playing cards, and buying cars. In his retirement years he spent much of his time living in Kelowna, where he enjoyed spending time with many new and old friends. Dad was cremated and will be buried with Mom at Riverside Memorial Park, we will have a celebration of life, Tea on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina.
