Obituary of Joseph 'Daniel' Chouinard

JOSEPH DANIEL CHOUINARD 1961 - 2011 Joseph Daniel Chouinard passed away to be with his Lord on Sunday, October 23, 2011; Born October 29, 1961 in Lambert, Quebec. Daniel has joined his grandparents who loved him very dearly. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother Murielle Chouinard and his Aunt Nichole (Raymond) Poulin. Daniel also leaves behind his stepfather Raymond DuShune. He worked various positions in motels and a restaurant. He was treasurer for the Full Gospel Businessmens Fellowship, and the Canadian Diabetes Association of Estevan. He volunteered to work with senior people in Swift Current Nursing Home; at the Regina General Hospital Gift Shop and the patient library, and for Computers for Kids. Daniel also volunteered as an Assistant Coordinator for a young disabled person at Palliser Regional Care Centre, Swift Current. He enjoyed swimming, nature hiking, helping the elderly, dancing, singing, travelling, cooking and computer work. One of Daniels most loved hobbies was his cross stitch. Daniel will be lovingly remembered for his loving, warm friendly personality and his desire to help by numerous good friends, family, and care workers. A Funeral Service will be held on at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Tuesday November 1, 2011 at 1:00 pm. with interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East. Following the interment, please join the family for time of fellowship at Regina Apostolic Church, 808 Assiniboine Avenue East.
