Obituary of Wayne Frank Nagy

Wayne, late of Regina, SK passed away peacefully on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the age of 79 years. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Teresa Nagy and grandson Aaron Lee Myren. Wayne is survived by his spouse Debbie Koch; children Kelly Johnson (Brad), Shauna Myren, Pam Rowland (Rod), Troy Nagy (Kathy); fourteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; brother Glen Nagy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. After working at various jobs in Saskatchewan and Alberta, Wayne returned to Ogema, SK to own and operate the local Hotel and Ogema Farm and Auto. He moved to Regina, SK in 1992 to work in real estate, contracting and remodeling projects. After retirement, sports became his passion and followed all of his grandchildren’s hockey and activities. Wayne loved his family and grandchildren more than words can say. Friends were also very important to Wayne. Anywhere he went he knew someone to share a story with. Rest in peace, we love and miss you. At Wayne’s request, there will be a Graveside Service in Ogema, SK at a later date.
