Obituary of John Frank Schatz

JOHN FRANK SCHATZ

NOVEMBER 23, 1924 - AUGUST 7, 2017

John passed away peacefully on Monday, August 7, 2017 in Regina Wascana Grace Hospice, at the age of 92 years after a brief struggle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his caring family, wife Rose (Folk); son Daryl (Leah) and their children, Morgan and Ian; son Wayne (Clara), their children, Brianna, Talia, and Aurora; and daughter Donna; sisters-in-law Yvette Schatz, Lillian Fahlman and Joyce Rey; brother-in-law, Frank (Linda) Folk; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Anton and Anna (Burger); infant brother Joseph; brothers Frank (Mary) and Bill; sister Eva Hueser (Henry); and in-laws Emanuel Fahlman, Katherine (Mike) Hungle, and Ted Rey. The family is grateful to the staff of the Regina Wascana Grace Hospice for their compassionate care.
