Uncle Bob was such a caring man and always welcomed us kids any time we wanted to visit.
I remember him fondly as a child during Christmas when we would walk across Sherwood Drive with our grandparents to come visit and learn how to play ping pong from the master himself. I know playing against kids must have been a challenge, but he always welcomed the opportunity to teach and coach us. I’m now one of the toughest ping pong players to beat amongst my circle of friends and family!!
As I got older and moved away for work, I still remembered Uncle Bob and made a point of trying to spend time with him when back in town. Whether that be golfing at Sherwood Park, or simply spending some quality time at the condo in Regina watching some good old NHL.
Rest In Peace my good friend, you will forever be remembered, and your ping pong mastery will be transcended down to my kids and wife in your honour!

We enjoyed watching you & Bob dancing at the jam sessions at Citrus Gardens in Mesa
I (Clay). Very much enjoyed dealing with Bob during his many year’s at SGI.
