Obituary of Patricia Alice Ironchild

PATRICIA ALICE IRONCHILD It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Alice Ironchild, known in the spirit world as, Sitting With Spotted Eagle Woman? announce her sudden passing on Friday, December 9, 2011, at the age of 27 years. Patricia was predeceased by her grandparents Samuel & Mary McKenzie; and aunts Geri, Esther, and Rosie. She is lovingly remembered by her husband Barry Merk and her children Anthony and Chevelle; her parents Brenda and Michael Ironchild; sisters Melissa (Dustin) and their children Denaya, Shadaya, Taisha, and Aniya, Tanya (Kevin) and their children Nevaeh, and Kingston, Samantha (Dustin) and their son Trevon, Juli and her children; and Kokum Mary; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A Visitation will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave., on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 from 2:30 p.m. 3:30 p.m. with a Wake to follow at the Regina Metis Sport and Culture Centre, 1235 2nd Ave. N., at 4:00 p.m. A Traditional Service will be held at the Regina Metis Sport and Culture Centre, on Thursday December 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., with cremation to follow.
