Obituary of Kenneth Alvin Milligan

KENNETH ALVIN MILLIGAN May 20, 1923 December 13, 2011 Kenneth passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Predeceased by his parents Mark and Mae, his brothers and sisters Floyd, Mildred, Max, Boots and Don, Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Margaret, daughter Carole (Jim) Dawkins, grandchildren Jessica and Kris (Natasha) and great grandson Isaiah and son Neil (Andrea) and step-granddaughters Kristen and Kalena Anderson. While in the Army, he met Margaret in England. He came back to Canada in 1946 and worked at Underwood for 20 years, then was a caretaker with the Regina Public School Board for 18 years until his retirement. He loved his family, animals of all kinds, painting landscapes and photography. The family wishes to thank the staff and residents of Victoria Park Personal Care Home as well as Dr. Blignault.
