Mei-Nei was born in 1937. She married Ling-Kwong Tsang in 1959 and had two sons and three daughters. Mei-Nei had dedicated her life serving God and had been a faithful servant for her entire life. She enjoyed her time with the grandchildren, since she immigrated to Canada in 1992. Mei-Nei’s memorable time was travelling with her children and grandchildren. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2017 and the Lord has taken her home on Tuesday, February 6, 2018. A Celebration of Life will be held at Regina Chinese Alliance Church, 3010 Arens Road East, Regina, SK on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. We will miss you but you are always in our heart forever.
