Obituary of Janice Yvonne Lipp
Janice suddenly passed away on Thursday, April 12, 2018, after a short battle with cancer. She will join her husband Simon; mother Loretta; sister Eunice; and brother Darryl. Left to carry on her memory is her daughter Stephanie (Jason) Doney; son Carl Lipp (Mandy Miner); two grandsons Eric and Ryan Doney; her father James Kuntz; sisters Sam (Del) Dunlop and Francine (Sebastian) Deiana; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and friends. Jan lived the majority of her life on the farm near Dilke, SK. There she raised her two children, Stephanie and Carl. Jan worked at numerous jobs over the years, but her passion was her gardening and planting flowers. She considered her time spent in the garden as her sanctuary. Later, this led her to a job in a gardening center where she spent her days working hard and enjoying the relaxation. Since moving back to Regina, Jan enjoyed spending time on the deck in the sun with a nice glass of robust red wine. That glass of wine was always paired with good conversation, laughter, and an abundance of love. A Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. Private family interment will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Janice’s name to Make A Wish Saskatchewan, 3502 – 11th St. W., Saskatoon, SK. S7M 3C8. T
