Obituary of Delia Marie Pelletier

Delia passed away peacefully in Regina on Monday, May 7, 2018 at the age of 96.  She was born in Katepwa on January 31, 1922, grew up in Lebret within her Metis community and later moved to Regina where she spent most of her life focused on raising her family.

Delia was a beautiful, strong and determined Michif woman, loving and giving, and finding great pride and joy in caring for and being with her family.

She is survived by sons David, Ron, Doug, Roger, and Joe and daughters Lynda, Joan, Elaine, Evelyn and Deborah, their spouses and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her husband, James A. Pelletier, son Paul daughter Margaret Rose and grandchildren Delia and Ryan. 

An inspiration to us all – we will miss her dearly.
