SEED, Lyle Arthur
Lyle passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. He was born on a farm in the Tregarva Area. After attending Caronport High School, Lyle moved to Regina, where he held several positions. He last worked for Group Medical Services, where he retired from in 1998. Lyle moved to Regina Beach in 1981. He joined the Lakeside Heritage Museum in 2001 and served as president for many years. Lyle joined the Last Mountain Lake Cultural Centre in 2003 and served as president for 6 years. He loved cars and was a 25 year member of the Studebaker Drivers Club International and Studebaker Drivers Club Saskatchewan. Lyle was a member of the Regina Beach Leisure Time Club last serving as President. He was a kind and thoughtful man. Lyle was a wonderful husband to his wife Judy and very proud of his daughter and granddaughter, and all their accomplishments. He was predeceased by his parents, Harold and Eva Seed; and twin brother Howard in infancy. Left to remember his life is his wife Judy; daughter Laryssa Selimos; granddaughter Zoe Selimos; sister Lenore (Arnot) Hawkins; brother Edwin (Betty) Seed; as well as nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. Graveside Service will be held at Tregarva Cemetery, Tregarva, SK on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. Friends are welcome to join the family at Bethany Gospel Chapel, 1850 Parker Avenue, Regina, SK at 5:00 p.m. There will be a celebration of Lyle’s life at Regina Beach to be announced at a later date.
