Janet, Dan, Jon, Jennifer and families - So sorry to hear about Terry's passing and his past month of sickness which must have been difficult for all of you. I remember his kind, sincere manner and witty sense of humour from Birchwood neighbourhood days and also when I was babysitting the kids in Albert Park. My condolences to Graf family from Floors by Design and the Illingworth family. Terry was a good man, more a friend than a lawyer. He was always there when I needed him and that is an appreciation that words a lone can not express. Whenever we met we talked more about what concerts we had seen then business, but I think that was Terry's way of getting me to relax. Janet I know you and the kids meant a lot to him. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Terry was much loved and though we weren't in his inner circle, many we know and love have been good good friends and through Jen you have both become part of our family as well. Dear Janet...
It is at times such as this that the English language is quite restrictive in expressing what both Pat and I are feeling today upon hearing about Terry's passing. I have often thought the best thing that can be said about anyone upon their passing is 'He/she was a good person!' That being said this certainly applies to Terry. He was kind, loving, gentle and faithful. He was hard working and above all was a role model as a husband, father, grandfather and lawyer. We will miss his smile, laughter and kind words. He is free of his pain and now resides on the other side waiting for us. He is but a room away. I take solace in his passing for I know, as a person living with cancer, I to will be able to see him again when it is my time to make that final transition. When that time comes it will be good to look into his eyes again! We love you and are with you in thought and deed during this time and the days and months ahead.
