Obituary of David Allison MacDougall

DAVID MacDOUGALL Dec. 4, 1949 Jan. 31, 2012 It is with great sadness that we announce Daves passing at the Palliative Care ward at the Pasqua Hospital. David was predeceased by his parents Josephine Adeline and Allison Ivan MacDougall and his niece in infancy Allyson Marie. After a courageous battle with Cancer, Dave will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years, Brenda, daughter Kelly MacDougall-Smyj (Robert); siblings Don (Susan) MacDougall, Penny (Doug) Rasmussen, Kim (Diane) MacDougall, Lee (Rose) MacDougall and Chris (Angela) MacDougall, mother-in-law Olive Burrows; brother-in-law Bill Burrows; and by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He also leaves his beloved dogs Rosco, Riley and Rupert. The family would like to thank the incredible nursing staff of the long term care and palliative care ward at the Pasqua Hospital along with the talented Music Therapist Amanda Schenstead. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Saturday, February 4, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Lumsden, SK.
