Obituary of Patricia Anne Vollans

PAT TRISH? VOLLANS (nee THOMAS) April 6, 1941 February 1, 2012 Pat passed away in Regina on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. She was born in Regina, raised in Carlyle, SK the only child of Ernie and Sally Thomas. Pat was predeceased by her husband Walter in 1972. She will be forever remembered by her only child Kim (Regan) Rabe and her four grandsons, Justin, Travis, Brandon and Dylan of Consul, SK; as well as her lifelong friends, Margie (John) Lynch and Lucille Love; her second Mom, Thelma Pirlot; cousin, Marci (Dale) Brisbourne, cousin Charlotte (Bob) Kissock; and niece, Shawna (Glen) Irwin. Pat spent her entire working life with the Bank of Montreal. She baked constantly and kept the bank in home baking for all of its customer functions. Pat was creative; knitting Roughrider dolls and giving them to the players of her favorite team and gifting family and friends with her treasures. She was proud of her family ties to Scotland, loved her furry friends and liked nothing better than talking football. Pat will be dearly missed by her friends and relatives. Memorial Service will be held at Sunset United Church, 177 Sunset Drive, Regina, SK on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. with Kathy Platt presiding.
