Obituary of Thomas Albert Perkins

It is with heavy hearts that the family announce Toms peaceful passing after a courageous battle with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Herbert and Mary Perkins, three sisters and three brothers. Tom is survived by his loving wife Elaine; children, Brandie, Matthew and Andrew; sister Debbie (Jim) Orr as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends. At Toms request, there will be no funeral service. A Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Tuesday, November 15, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Donations in memory of Tom may be made to 5F Palliative Home Care c/o Regina Palliative Care Inc., 4F-4101 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK, S4T 1A5.
