He was predeceased by his loving wife of more than 50 years, Doreen Osiowy; parents, Mary and Michael Osiowy; stepfather, Fred Reitenbach; siblings and in-laws, Marge and Gordon Leniczek, Stanley and Gwen Osiowy, Robert Osiowy, Ed Mann, and infant brother Marcel Osiowy. Ted is survived by his sons, Kevin (Debra) Osiowy of Calgary, AB and Neil (Deborah) Osiowy of Doaktown, NB; grandchildren, Michael (Stephanie), Brian, Jennifer, and Maria Osiowy; siblings and in-laws, Sophie Mann, Jim (Blanche) Osiowy, and Barb Osiowy (Bob Capp); as well as numerous extended family and dear friends. Ted was born and raised in Lemberg, SK. In his accomplished career as an accountant, he worked for the City of Regina, McMillan Bathurst, Brandt Industries, and Blessed Sacrament Parish. He was deeply committed to his faith and loved to connect with other members of his community. Ted made many lifelong friends through his participation in Knights of Columbus and the Christ the King Parish choir. He was a caring and compassionate husband, father, and grandfather, and provided exceptional care and love to Doreen as she battled cancer. Ted loved spending time with his grandchildren and was always available for a game of catch or ring toss. Despite his struggle with dementia in the last years of his life, Ted always maintained his kind and gentle demeanor. The family wishes to thank the many caregivers at the Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home who provided outstanding support to Ted and his family. Special thanks to Darlene Oppenheim for providing exceptional care for Ted in his final years.  Prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Ave, Regina, SK on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the King R.C.
