Obituary of William Hamilton Bryce

BRYCE, William “Bill” H.

Bill, late of Arcola, SK, born in 1930, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the age of 88 years. He took his schooling in Percy, Arcola, and British Columbia. Bill joined the air force as a pilot and remained in the air force until 1953, when he began farming. He farmed in the south Arcola, Willmar, Armilla, and Arcola districts. Bill was involved in mixed farming and raised purebred Aberdeen Angus cattle. He was predeceased by his wife Mary Jane in 2008 and is survived by his children, Scott (Connie), Carolyn, Pat (Pam), and Danny (Lisa); and his grand and great-grandchildren. Bill participated in wrestling (provincial champion) and baseball. Graveside Service will be held at the Arcola Cemetery on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. followed by a gathering for family and friends at the Arcola Legion.
