CHORNEY, Brigetta “Brigitte” Rosemarie Elfriede

With deep sadness Brigitte’s children announce the passing of their mother. She was born on May 29, 1941, in Langhelwisdorf, Germany. Brigitte passed away with her children by her side in Regina, on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the age of 77 years. She was predeceased her husband Mel; parents, Arthur Pohl and Frieda Gottschalk (nee Schumann); daughter Cheryl; and brother Deitmar. Brigitte is survived by children, Mel (Peggy), Ken (Dawn), Wayne, and Jennifer; grandchildren, Tianna, Natalia, Myles, and Falynn. Brigitte had a giving heart and beautiful soul. She will be missed and forever in the hearts of all who loved her. A special thank you to all the staff at the Balcarres Care Home and the Cardiac Care Unit at the Regina General Hospital who took wonderful care of her. A private family gathering is being held. Words will never express how much we will miss you, Mom.
