DUTTENHOFFER, Ervin Roy
November 30, 1943 – November 8, 2018
Ervin passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at the age of 74. He was predeceased by his parents, seven sisters, and two brothers. Ervin is survived by his loving wife Sheila; three daughters, Shawna (Trevor), Carla (Tim), Kelly, and his two sons, Andrew and Gerrett; as well as several grandchildren; one brother and five sisters. Ervin was born in Lampman, Saskatchewan and moved to Regina, where he met Sheila and they were married in 1976. He began his career working for the Regina Separate School Board from 1966 until he retired in 2008. Ervin truly lived life to fullest through simple pleasures. Together, he and Sheila built a wonderful life filled with many adventures, children, and grandchildren. Ervin will be remembered for his sense of adventure and great sense of humor. His laugh will never be forgotten by the people who knew him. Ervin will be missed dearly. A special thanks to the 2nd floor staff at Santa Maria Senior Citizens Home for the wonderful care they provided. Family, friends, and others whose lives Ervin touched are invited to Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. to pay a final farewell.
