Obituary of Cindy Lee Kehler

CINDY LEE KEHLER Cindy, beloved wife of Glen Kehler, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 27, 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 54. Cindy was born October 12, 1957 in Calgary, AB to Harland and Geraldine Terry. She was raised and educated in Lethbridge, AB where she excelled in sports and became an avid sports fan all her life. In 2011, Cindy and her partner won the Canadian Ladies Doubles Shuffleboard Championship, a title she was determined to defend later this year. Cindys true pride and joy of her life was her son, John Terry. She met the love of her life, Glen in 1984 and the family moved to Regina in 1989. Cindy loved her job at the University of Regina, a position she held for 20 years until her passing. Cindy was predeceased by her mother, Geraldine in 2004 and father Harland in 2011. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Glen; son John (Bree-Anne) Terry of Regina; stepson Jacob Kehler of Toronto, ON; sisters Darlene (Bob) Deschamps of Patricia, AB and Wendy Terry of Fort Langley, BC; brother Rocky Terry of Regina; special friend Hank Limbeek of Regina; as well as several brothers and sisters-in-law, aunts and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Cindys Life will be held at the Eagles Club, 1600 Halifax Street, Regina on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. Those wishing to honor Cindys life may donate to the Childrens Wish Foundation, 3602 Millar Avenue P.O.
