Obituary of Frank Loffler

FRANK LOFFLER Passed away with the love of his family by his side on November 14, 2012. Frank lived a wonderful 82 years and was able to enjoy his favorite things like playing bridge, crossword puzzles, golfing & fishing right up until the end for which his family is grateful. Frank was a very thoughtful & generous man and, behind his eyes, he was always thinking of something interesting and philosophical. He loved his family deeply and his greatest joy came in spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchild. He will be sadly missed and never forgotten by his wife Kathleen, sons and daughters-in-law Jeff & Kim, Rich & Jan, Brad & Jo-Ann and his daughter Carla. He also leaves his 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and many, many other family & friends. Ever the humble, gentle man, Frank always said he would rather have his life remembered with a celebration rather than solemnity after he passed. A funeral mass will be held at Christ the King Church, 3239 Garnet St, Regina, SK on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 11 a.m. and will be followed by lunch and a celebration of Frank's life at the Parish Hall. A private family interment will take place at a later date. Special thanks to the SICU at the Regina General Hospital for their amazing and compassionate care for both Frank & his family.
